As a cognitive behavioral therapist, together we can determine realistic, achievable goals and set a reasonable time frame in which to meet those goals. By learning and practicing new skills in thought processes and behaviors, you will begin to be able to see the changes that you have been envisioning for yourself in these specific areas.
I am a solution-focused, goal-oriented, short term therapist, and my purpose is to work with you to help you define your goals, achieve insight and identify areas to enhance skill building while providing a supportive environment to facilitate self growth.

GENERAL INFORMATION
I see clients using teletherapy for video sessions through doxy.me, a hipaa compliant platform, which protects your confidentiality. At the time of the appointment, I send a video link to your cell or email, which then allows you to access my virtual waiting room. We can also have phone sessions, if that is your preference. Once you have made an appointment with me, please fill out the online forms located in Helpful Forms and email them to me before your first session. If you are unable to scan or email me the forms, we can easily fill them out together at the start of the session. At the time of your first session, please also have your insurance card and your your payment card accessible.
